Javier Sánchez Caballero - Engineer
Graduated as an Industrial Engineer in 1978 at the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires (ITBA). Javier Sánchez Caballero has developed a long professional career mainly focused on important engineering and services companies.
During the last years of his corporate career, he was the CEO of IECSA, the main full-scope building company in Argentina. He held this position till he retired in 2017, when the company was sold.

During 40 years of professional development, Javier Sánchez Caballero took part in the management of countless infrastructure and energy works, in Argentina as well as in Latin America, holding the position of Principal Director in IECSA and Creaurban, and of President in Geometales Mining.
In 2018, Javier Sánchez Caballero founded PONTEM SAS, being its CEO and Administrator.
Tao Wei - Engineer
In 1994, Tao Weiner graduated as a Nuclear Engineer at from China’s Lanzhou University. Later, he specialized in the Program of Engineering Management of Nuclear Energy Projects at Seul University (South Corea).
During his career, he carried out influential leadership functions in CNI23 (China Nuclear Industry 23rd Construction Corp.), CNEC (China Nuclear Engineering Group Corp), and SNPTC (State Nuclear Power Technology Corp. of China).
Finally, during the last 8 years, he worked in CNNC (China National Nuclear Corp) holding the position of President of the Argentine branch office, President of the Regional Headquarters and Legal Representative in Latin America region.
Currently, Tao Wei is an Associate Consultant of PONTEM SAS.
Carlos Veleda - Engineer
Graduated as a Civil Engineer, and then obtained a Master’s Degree at IAE. Carlos Veleda is an active member of the Building Institute of the National Engineering Academy.
During the last years of his corporate career, he carried out the position of Technical Director of the construction company SACDE (former IECSA), being responsible for the Budget, Control, Engineering and Planning Management and the Quality and Price Redetermination Departments.
Previously, Veleda held management positions during 14 years in the Swedish construction company Skanska, and during the same length of time, in the local construction company SADE.
Additionally, Carlos Veleda is a Professor at UCA (Argentine Catholic University) and UBA (Buenos Aires University) who teaches subjects related to Structural Engineering and also the writer of several specialized articles in structures and concrete.
